Each PB&J Studios Flight Keepsake combines your real flight track with detailed 3D terrain and a custom laser-engraved maple plaque. Your route is recreated from a KML, GPX, or compatible flight-track file and transformed into a raised 3D path over the real terrain from your flight area.

Perfect for: first solos, cross-country flights, discovery flights, checkrides, training milestones, scenic flights, favorite routes, and aviation gifts.

What makes each one custom:

The engraved border is designed specifically around your route. Depending on the selected design, it may include simplified sectional-style details, airport identifiers, navigation elements, a compass rose, or artistic regional details inspired by where you flew.

How ordering works:

  1. Enter the title you want engraved on your plaque (required), then place your order.
  2. Send us your KML, GPX, or compatible flight-track file from ForeFlight or another tracking app.
  3. We build the terrain, route, and personalized plaque design from your flight.
  4. Your keepsake is 3D printed, CNC machined, laser engraved, assembled, and finished by PB&J Studios.

Production time — approximately 10 days: Each keepsake is custom made from your flight data. Please allow approximately 10 days for us to complete your order after receiving your flight-track file and personalization details. This time allows for route and terrain preparation, custom design, 3D printing, CNC machining, laser engraving, assembly, and finishing. Shipping time is additional.

Please note: Because every piece is made from real flight and terrain data, each keepsake is unique. Sectional-inspired border artwork may be simplified or artistically arranged for readability and appearance rather than reproduced as a literal navigation chart.

Natural wood variation: Each plaque is crafted from genuine maple wood, so grain patterns, natural color tones, and engraving appearance may vary slightly from the product photos. These natural differences make every keepsake one of a kind.
